Microsoft 365 Business Standard includes all the features of the Business Basic package and adds a range of additional features. In addition to the web and mobile versions, you have installable desktop applications of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You have the option to work offline and upload your changes to the cloud the next time you connect.

Design your own marketing materials with Publisher and conduct webinars and large meetings. Use participant registration and reporting tools for webinars and visualise your data with Access.

In addition to the Business Basic apps, Business Standard also includes Publisher and Access (both for PC only).

Microsoft 365 Business Premium - Maximum protection and control

Microsoft 365 Business Premium gives you everything Business Standard has to offer, plus additional security and management features. Protect your data with device management and the ability to remotely wipe data on lost or stolen devices. Benefit from advanced security tools and features, control access to corporate data and protect against cyber threats. To use Advanced IT Support, it is recommended.

In addition to Business Standard apps, Business Premium also includes Intune and Azure Information Protection.
